Who is Dylan Wong?

Dylan Wong is the Advisory Group Partner and Founder of Elios Wealth Management, a group of agency units under Income Advisory Financial Advisers(IAFA). Known for his transformational leadership and performance coaching, Dylan is passionate about empowering financial consultants to become trusted advisors and guiding agency leaders to build high-performing, purpose-driven teams.

Over the past five years, Dylan’s team achieved $20 million in APE, with many associates qualifying for MDRT and COT. Some of his associates stepped into leadership roles, driving the team’s growth, including two managers who were promoted to Directors in 2024. From $360K in individual APE in 2015, Dylan has grown to lead a team of 87 associates generating $6.7 million in APE by 2023.

Dylan’s mission is to redefine the financial advisory landscape by equipping associates with the confidence, competence, and skills to serve the affluent market in Singapore and across the region. Looking ahead, he is focused on leveraging AI transformation, expanding his leadership coaching, and advancing his expertise in high-net-worth advisory to elevate the client experience and impact in the financial services industry.
